The complete photographic collection of Alice Kortsch. She was born on July 7, 1913, and died of burns suffered after her clothes caught fire and subsequent medical malfeasance (the doctor was drunk) on December 27, 1916. The baby, “Dorothy,” in several of the pictures was Mom’s cousin, Dorothy Claire Kortsch. See ‘Kortsch Family: Earliest Pictures.’
