O’Donnell Flats and Tory Hill

Dad started a memoir of the O’Donnell Flats that he didn’t finish, including a description of the building interior and some character sketches of a number of its many inhabitants. (Fair warning: Dad’s spelling could be wobbly at times.)

Also included are a plat survey of the building from 1948, news clippings describing the historical significance of Tory Hill,  and a letter Dad wrote Bill’s daughter, Maureen, thanking her for the O’Donnell Flats t-shirt.
