These pictures look like they were taken during a vacation but Mom didn’t label them as such so the identification is speculative. They may not be vacation pictures at all, but lacking any other way to place them they’ve been put here with the hope that someone can remember the event. Some of the scenery looks like the Wisconsin Dells, where we went several times. While the September date is a little later than the August vacations we usually took, no one was in school yet so it’s possible. What’s most unusual, though, is that the pictures don’t show any of the children when most of the other vacation photos do.
